Gyullas Turtle

The sole mission of the Maseitai Gyullas Turtle is to accumulate Gyulla energy. One million parasites called “Gyulla Resonance Insects” live within its shell, allowing the Gyullas Turtle to store evil power of Gyullas. The Gyullas Turtle was once used in weapons during ancient times as a source of energy.

A fully charged Gyullas Turtle is in a very dangerous state. Although it is usually considered as a harmless and powerless Maseitai, one microscopic Gyulla Resonance Insect leaving its shell can cause a large explosion, leaving nothing but a wasteland in its wake.

In order to keep its stored energy at a safe level, the Gyullas Turtle sometimes releases an intense amount of heat from the surface of its shell. This heat causes the rock and soil around it to become magma, and the Gyullas Turtle may even sink into the ground. In other words, a meltdown may occur. The Gyullas Turtle may also start heating up in the presence of a powerful Maseitai, or if magic is exercised in its vicinity.

However, it lacks intelligence and can only follow simple instructions. Also, it has no will of its own and is very quiet. The Gyullas Turtle acts only when its ability is required.
